Being that I’m a proud Outkast stan (and seem to be expressing it more and more as the years go by), when Complex put up their new feature on Organized Noize I immediately dropped what I was doing (really, I just pushed today’s Insanity workout back) and got to reading. The trio of Rico Wade, Ray Murray and Sleepy Brown break down some of their classic records. From TLC’s Waterfalls to En Vogue’s Don’t Let Go, Sleepy Brown’s I Can’t Wait (one of my favorite songs of all time) to countlesss Goodie Mob/Outkast records, and so forth. Oh, and when asked about Two Dope Boyz (In A Cadillac)? The dopehouse gets a mention. Sadly, there wasn’t a special story to go along with the record though.
