The Air Jordan 5 will be making a return in several classic colorways this year, with the Air Jordan 5 “Grape” up next. We’ve recently come across some news that Jordan Brand will introduce a brand new colorway to the Air Jordan 5 family. The Air Jordan 5 “Aqua” is expected to release later on this year, but images have not actually surfaced of the shoe yet.

What you’re seeing here is a rendered image via Sneakersaddict, which gives us some type of insight as to how the sneaker might look.

As far as inspiration goes, you can go with one of two choices: either it is the black version of the “Grapes”, or it is inspired by the Air Jordan 8 “Aqua”, which is also returning this year. Either way, we’re eager to see actual images of the sneaker, and will definitely update you guys once any news surfaces.
